The Humanities Division offers transferable lower-division instruction in the following subjects: Communications, English, English as a Second Language, Humanities, Linguistics, Philosophy, Speech Communication, and World Languages (including American Sign Language, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, and Russian). The division also features two learning centers: the English and Study Skills Center and the Reading Center.
