Monterey Peninsula college recognizes that closing equity gaps involves the critical and interrelated components of inclusion, diversity, equity, anti-racism and cultivating equity-mindedness. To assist in this transformational work, our Student Equity Office created the Equity Lending Library with materials that can be checked out by staff and faculty. This Equity Resource Guide and it's materials provide basic information and resources about equity, diversity, anti-racism, racism, pedagogy, and leadership. It is not an exhaustive list and if you have a resource or suggestion that you feel would benefit our campus community, please contact StudentEquity@mpc.edu.
