Local Issues-Molly May: Background Info: Books

Why Search Books for Local Issues?

Be sure to look for books related to the local issue you're researching!

Even if there is not a book about your local community's response to the issue, a book on the issue itself can give you helpful background information. A book can also help you connect your local issue to broader national conversations about your topic!

Search for Books

Search the MPC Library Catalog for books, ebooks, and DVDs related to your topic. The pull-down menu will let you search by keyword, title, author, or subject.
